Useless
Everytime I try to book it just says an error occurred. Phone lines just bounce to go online. When you go online it says "oops something went wrong" Tried app, phone and website. Can't get through at all to make a booking
Always booked with TR but unable to book a package holiday all inclusive and from airport that I want whats happening?
Have always loved TR but what is going on. It wont allow me to book a package holiday. When I choose my flights and go onto book the hotel it states 0 available. It will however let me book them separate costing extra !!
Was good but in last month it wont let you check hotels or prices. Please fix asap
Used to work fine ... now I just get errors, tried uninstalling. Just doesn't work anymore :( All hotels i look at come up at £0 but nothing to actually choose from?!
Have used app for 6 years no problems but last 6 months it's useless when trying to book error occurred displays if you manage to book it crashes while trying to pay. Not impressed. Probably covid fault.
